I didn't receive the code to confirm my mobile phone number on Facebook
If you're creating a new Facebook account and didn't get the code to confirm your mobile phone number:

1. Make sure that you entered the correct mobile number. If you entered the wrong number, you can update the number and send the SMS again.
2. To get a mobile phone call with the code, click Did you not get the SMS? > Call [mobile number]. You should receive a call to your mobile number within 5 minutes.
3. Try sending the SMS with the code again.
4. Try sending an SMS containing only "Fb" to 32665 or the alternate number for your country from the Shortcodes by country list below.
5. In some countries, you may need to wait up to 12 hours to get the SMS. We're working with mobile carriers to resolve this issue.
6. If you see a message that says you've reached the code limit, please wait a couple of days and try again.
7. You can also try creating a Facebook account with your email instead of a mobile number.
